Dr Crocker is the lead clinical pharmacist for APOTHEcare. He graduated from Samford University’s McWhorter School of Pharmacy in Birmingham, Alabama in 2017 and completed a residency with the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and Tyson Drugs in 2018 where he gained specific training on providing care for patients with chronic conditions. Dr. Crocker is passionate about enhancing the pharmacy profession and the impact of collaborative healthcare in Mississippi. Serving as the clinical pharmacist in 4 clinics, Dr. Crocker works closely with prescribers on a daily basis performing a variety of services for their Medicare population such as Annual Wellness Visits, Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring. When not at work, Dr. Crocker enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, playing golf, and watching college football on Saturdays.
Dr. Thompson is a clinical pharmacist with APOTHEcare. She is a recent graduate from the University of Mississippi School of pharmacy and has been working in pharmacy since she was in high school. Throughout her years of working in community pharmacy, she witnessed the many challenges and barriers associated with chronic diseases, as well as the impact that pharmacists can have in chronic care management. As a native of North Mississippi, she is excited to work with providers in the area to provide collaborative healthcare to patients with chronic conditions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 cats, Chanel and GiGi, running, and lifting weights.
